What Happens During Spin Training?

Ground Briefing: Review spin aerodynamics, entry causes (uncoordinated turns during base-to-final pattern legs), weight and balance limits, and recovery theory.
In-Flight Spin Entries: Conduct intentional spin entries at high altitude in an aircraft certified for spins.
Practicing the PARE Recovery Method:
Power → Idle
Ailerons → Neutral
Rudder → Full Opposite to direction of spin
Elevator → Briskly Forward to break stall, then pull smoothly to recover from dive
